People Compliance Specialist

Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of people compliance processes across the organization. Ensure employee lifecycle practices, HR documentation, and internal controls align with governance standards and local labor regulations. Conduct regular audits across onboarding, contracts, promotions, leave management, and offboarding, maintain compliance evidence, track audit findings and remediation, and partner with People Operations, Legal, and Payroll to deliver a seamless compliant employee experience.
