Key Responsibilities

  • •Retouch and finish high-end beauty, product, campaign, editorial, fashion, and lifestyle photography from initial selects through final delivery.
  • •Perform advanced beauty retouching for skin, complexion, hair, makeup, eyes, lips, hands, and other fine-detail areas while keeping results natural and realistic.
  • •Retouch product and packaging imagery, ensuring accurate materials, reflections, highlights, texture, shape, and color.
  • •Apply color correction, grading, compositing, masking, background cleanup/extensions, image reconstruction, and other advanced Photoshop techniques as required.
  • •Conduct final quality checks and prepare imagery for delivery, managing organized layered files, exports, and archived assets to meet technical specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience as a retoucher, beauty retoucher, digital artist, or in a comparable photography post-production role.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including masking, compositing, frequency separation, dodge & burn, color correction, cleanup, and image reconstruction.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Lightroom and Capture One.
  • •Strong understanding of skin, hair, makeup, texture, light, shadow, reflection, materials, tone, and color, with a natural, realistic beauty retouching result.
  • •Ability to interpret creative briefs and retouching notes and deliver consistent quality across large volumes under tight deadlines.
