Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide break-fix support for new rack deployment and incident management support for sustain operations.
  • •Perform DC-related project support as directed by customers, including network/server replacement and configuration.
  • •Carry out tasks such as power cycling, patch management, and cabling in the data center environment.
  • •Assist with failure analysis within the data centre as directed by the customer engineering team.
  • •Support asset management and DC floor plan audit logistics, provide technical assistance/guidance to other tech team members, and help generate periodic reports per customer specification.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 72,450 - 103,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a computer-related field; Bachelor’s preferred or 3+ years of equivalent experience in a related discipline.
  • •Exceptional server hardware knowledge, including deep understanding of component and system failures.
  • •Participation in RCA/failure analysis and experience in controlled experiments to determine root cause.
  • •Proven experience using software and firmware tools across various server OEMs.
  • •Familiarity with Linux and Windows scripting, plus deployment technologies such as WDS, PXE, DHCP, and FTP; Windows Server and WinPE administration is expected.
