Key Responsibilities

•Perform and collaborate on power system studies (steady-state, stability, short-circuit, transfer limit, PV/QV, etc.) using industry-standard software tools such as PSS/E, ASPEN, and TARA.
•Use verbal and written communication capabilities to inform and influence internal and external stakeholders.
•Work individually, or under the guidance of manager/senior staff, to perform the scoping, analysis, and quality assurance of technical studies; be accountable for the quality and timing of deliverables.
•Analyze and assess transmission systems at numerous voltage levels; clearly document and communicate results and recommendations, including data representation, report writing, and delivering presentations.
•Take advantage of company-sponsored training opportunities to develop technical and personal capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline is required.
•Minimum of 2 years of industry experience related to electrical or power systems engineering.
•Strong capability with power system modeling and simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, ASPEN, TARA).
•Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and to document and present results.
•Ability to perform scoping, analysis, and QA of technical studies and deliverables on a timely basis.
