Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, evaluate, and summarize risk exposures, controls, loss history, and financial condition to support underwriting decisions.
  • •Follow underwriter instructions for policy rating, subjective pricing, policy construction, coverages/exclusions, and mandatory forms to quote and issue policies.
  • •Provide end-to-end account servicing support for new business, renewals, and endorsements for basic to moderately complex products.
  • •Respond to written, verbal, and telephone inquiries appropriately and on time under close supervision, collaborating with assigned underwriters.
  • •Support underwriters with broker/agent/distributor/customer interactions using basic customer service skills.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.8 - 38.94 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with no prior experience in administrative, customer service, financial services, risk management, or insurance areas OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice (including Associate Degree) with no prior experience in those areas.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in administrative, customer service, financial services, risk management, or insurance.
  • •Knowledge of data collection and analysis.
  • •Microsoft Office experience.
  • •Ability to work under close supervision while collaborating with underwriters to review risk and support servicing activities.
