Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and develop strategic work systems around HS&E guidelines aligned with client’s and regulatory standards
  • •Support existing site safety team to maintain reporting regimes for Health and Safety statistics
  • •Lead and manage a HS&E team and effectively communicate across levels of seniority
  • •Implement and review the Company’s global safety policies to ensure local legislative compliance
  • •Support business change through effective change management in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architectural or related to HS&E
  • •Minimum of 5 years professional experience
  • •Qualified Health and Safety Professional holding specialized courses in occupational health and safety, according to Mexican regulations
  • •Experience in construction or projects with stringent HS&E measures
  • •Fluent in Spanish and with good communication skills in English (preferable)
