Key Responsibilities

•Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls delivering quality client service using scripted guidance where applicable.
•Resolve client inquiries on the same day or during the call, providing timely updates if longer resolution is needed.
•Log all client inquiries in the CRM with detailed issue descriptions and actions taken to resolution.
•Identify opportunities to upsell banking products when appropriate.
•Maintain knowledge of programs/training and participate in educational seminars to improve performance and knowledge.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,200 - 64,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a customer support/call center setting preferred
•Strong phone, verbal and written communication skills with active listening

•Familiarity with banking terminology (investments, redemptions, ACHs, wire transfers)
•Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
