Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, integrate, and maintain the integrated project schedule (IPS) from project start to finish, reflecting task interdependencies and milestones.
  • •Lead schedule development and maintenance, ensuring the IPS covers full scope, client requirements, lines of responsibility, review/approval, and reporting distribution.
  • •Define and align WBS and activity coding structure with the Project Manager, Project Controls, A/E, and CM firms, and maintain schedule credibility.
  • •Create and maintain a risk register, analyze schedule trends, determine schedule risks, and develop options for corrective action.
  • •Develop and maintain Level 1 & Level 2 schedules, integrate Level 3 into the overall IPS, and support SKPI/KPI reporting through schedule updates and workflow calendars.
