Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop propositions that build on market opportunities and improve existing customer propositions.
  • •Understand customer needs and continuously refine the proposition portfolio to meet customer, commercial, and regulatory objectives.
  • •Manage the Product Discovery & Development team with sound and prudent oversight.
  • •Deliver the agreed proposition plan and portfolio.
  • •Lead cross-functional experts to deliver market-leading customer propositions and ensure decisions meet delegated authorities, risk appetite, and relevant laws and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong track record designing and developing digital and non-digital propositions in comparable organisations (healthcare, financial services, mobile, utilities, retail banking).
  • •Experience working with Transformation, Change and IT to deliver digital propositions is advantageous.
  • •Strong influencing and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • •Strong customer focus with an understanding of customer needs and purchasing behaviours.
  • •Financially aware with a good grasp of P&L, and strong quantitative skills (including Excel).
