Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide nutrition-related care for patients and support families in restoring a healthy relationship with food.
  • •Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including initial nutrition assessments, meal plan prescriptions, and target weight ranges via telehealth.
  • •Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods and educate families on nutrition concerns and how to address them.
  • •Communicate meal plans and nutrition-related directives clearly to the interdisciplinary treatment team.
