Job Summary

Oversee finance, schedule, and document controls for transmission and substation capital projects in the Power & Energy portfolio. Lead a multidisciplinary team of cost, scheduling, risk, and document control specialists. Build and manage program/project schedules, deliver cost estimates and EVM, administer PMIS and cost management systems, and develop Power BI dashboards. Provide executive-ready progress reporting and support regulatory compliance through contractor oversight, reporting, and contract coordination.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide oversight of finance, schedule, and document controls for transmission, substation, and related power delivery programs.
•Create and maintain program/project schedules; monitor contractor/consultant schedules and recommend resolutions to the Program Manager.
•Develop project controls processes, including change management, cost/schedule standardization, and reporting.
•Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flows, financial models, and oversee earned value management (EVM) practices and project accounting.
•Supervise and develop project controls staff; administer a cost management system and provide regular executive-level progress reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
•12+ years of experience in financial controls, finance/accounting, and scheduling on large-scale capital projects, including leading a team.
•Project management experience; PMP (or equivalent) preferred.
•Extensive knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and schedule management best practices.
•Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and PMIS/scheduling platforms such as e-Builder, Primavera P6, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
