•Serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth private banking clients, delivering consistent, personalized service and managing all client communications with professionalism and discretion.
•Plan, coordinate, and execute exclusive client events from concept through completion, including venue sourcing, catering, invitations, and on-site management, with bespoke moments that deepen relationships.
•Coordinate client travel—flights, hotels, ground transportation, dining reservations, and itinerary planning—ensuring a seamless, premium experience.
•Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate client data, activity logs, pipeline stages, and opportunity tracking; prepare meeting materials and follow-ups to drive next steps.
•Draft and schedule content for the team’s professional social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and compliance across digital communications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 145,000 annually
