Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end lifecycle and physical deployment of facilities technology, building security, and IT infrastructure solutions across regional sites.
  • •Execute multi-site Agile roadmap delivery and backlog maturation within SAFe, including User Story writing and preparation for PI planning.
  • •Translate complex infrastructure requirements into structured User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and supporting technical specifications.
  • •Build user manuals, training plans, and conduct live demonstrations to drive adoption of smart facility tools and asset management systems.
  • •Coordinate governance and standards compliance by partnering with internal governance functions and serving as the liaison among site, security, vendors, and technical teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of enterprise project management and digital transformation experience, with proven emphasis on Facilities, Real Estate, or IT Infrastructure projects.
  • •Minimum 3 years of practical experience working in a formal Agile or SAFe operating model.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/MBA/MIS preferred).
  • •High proficiency with Agile tooling including Jira and Confluence, plus Digital.AI and Google Workspace tools.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication in English; fluency in French or Spanish is a strong asset.
