Key Responsibilities

  • •Preprocess and manufacture ceramic fibers, filaments, and powders for thermal protection products.
  • •Fabricate ceramic refractory billets, ceramic tiles, thermal gap fillers, coatings, and related components.
  • •Complete basic fabrication, surface preparation, bonding, and oven curing.
  • •Document material processing steps precisely to replicate each run.
  • •Inspect products, perform rework as required, and assist with maintenance/repair of production machinery.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •Experience with various types of hand tools or hand-held power tools.
  • •Ability to perform work according to procedures and specifications.
  • •Comfort working with solvents, ceramic precursors, inorganic acids and bases.
  • •Valid Driver License and ability to complete physical/respirator requirements as needed.
