Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee onsite leadership of engineers, technicians, and contractors to meet project objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope for MEP delivery.
  • •Ensure quality assurance against project specifications and industry standards.
  • •Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, including failure analysis and troubleshooting.
  • •Manage stakeholder communications and ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering (or similar building services).
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in project execution and management.
  • •Technical expertise in HVAC system design, electrical load calculation, and plumbing coordination.
  • •Experience coordinating MEP systems in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
