Key Responsibilities

  • •Compile lists of items to be counted and perform physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits, and reconciliations on a daily, monthly, or quarterly basis.
  • •Resolve inventory issues by researching discrepancies, analyzing variances in usage and cost, and determining whether they need further investigation and correction.
  • •Perform inventory computer transactions in the appropriate business software.
  • •Use order pickers and other PIT equipment to execute counting locations.
  • •Utilize RF guns to execute counting and investigate inventory variances and reconciliation, while adhering to safety procedures/standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) is required.
  • •1+ years of work experience in a distribution center environment is highly preferred.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
  • •Previous cycle counting experience is highly desired.
  • •Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with ability to perform basic math and interpret written/oral instructions.
