Job Summary

Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely receiving, inventory, and stock control while driving warehouse KPIs. Supervise and review receiving, inventory, staging, and shipping activities, maintaining strong compliance of standard processes. Keep the warehouse clean and identify process improvements. Train, motivate, coach, and cross-train associates, provide daily receiving updates, and support maintenance and reporting needs to keep operations running smoothly.

•Lead daily warehouse operations to support accurate, timely receiving, inventory, and stock control.
•Supervise and review receiving, inventory, staging, and shipping activities performed by the warehouse team.
•Maintain clean, tidy storage areas and identify process improvements for better work practices.
•Ensure compliance with standard processes and OH&S acts and regulations; use required PPE and report hazards.
•Train, motivate, coach, and cross-train associates; provide daily updates and KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
•1-3 years of warehouse experience in a food processing, manufacturing, or service industry.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and video conferencing (Hangouts, Google Meet).
•Experience with inventory management and control.
•Ability to communicate in English, verbal and written.
