Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Compound liquid formulas from raw materials and prepare emulsions used in product formulations.
  • •Operate, clean, maintain, and process equipment, including spray drying units.
  • •Package finished product associated with spray drying and label batches submitted to the lab for evaluation.
  • •Follow formula batch sheet instructions, use FIFO lot rotation, and maintain 5S/Good Manufacturing practices and housekeeping.
  • •Handle allergen products and equipment per allergen control procedures and maintain conformance to Food Safety/Quality plans, reporting deviations and setting product aside.

Key Requirements

  • •HS or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience in the flavour industry or a closely related industry.
  • •Proficiency in compounding techniques and raw materials.
  • •Ability to follow manufacturing instructions on formula batch sheets to ensure product quality.
  • •Certification to wear a respirator and ability to follow respirator rules.
