Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the subject matter expert on well production, job, cost, and measurement data.
  • •Steward enterprise production data (daily and monthly volumes, allocation, downtime, and metering).
  • •Steward workover job and cost data, including activity and equipment records, AFEs, work orders, and operating expense allocation.
  • •Author and maintain data quality rules and exception resolution with Production Engineering, Production Accounting, Measurement, and field operations.
  • •Define dataset business requirements and acceptance criteria for curated production datasets in Snowflake, maintaining definitions, lineage, and steward documentation in Alation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Petroleum/Engineering Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in data or systems analysis, data management, data governance, production operations, production/revenue accounting, software development, or business analysis.
  • •Hands-on experience with production job and cost datasets and operational hierarchy/master data structures.
  • •Preferred experience in E&P operations and integrating acquired asset data following merger or acquisition activity.
  • •Knowledge of production operations domain data (production, allocation, downtime, metering) and source systems.
