Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve best possible outcomes.
  • •Plan and prepare engaging sessions aligned to curriculum requirements, organizing classroom resources and displays.
  • •Assess and track student progress in line with school assessments using Target Tracker, adjusting planning and provision based on data.
  • •Manage classes effectively and follow the school’s behaviour policy, maintaining positive relationships with students.
  • •Collaborate with teachers and parents, communicate using school systems/processes such as CPOMS as appropriate, and support wider school events including running a weekly ECA each term.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
  • •1–2 years teaching experience.
  • •Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
  • •Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child with high professionalism and consideration for children’s well-being.
  • •Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
