Mechanical Services Clerk

Support mechanic shop operations by handling customer inquiries and service/vehicle information, then accurately entering repair details into internal systems. Prepare repair orders and quotes, seek customer approvals, and coordinate ordering of parts and supplies. You’ll also prepare invoices, post fees/work in AMS, and perform related administrative data-entry tasks to ensure efficient, courteous service for dealer, retail, and commercial customers.
