Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex service engagements from discovery and assessment through plan, high-level and low-level design, staging, implementation, migration, testing, handover, and post-implementation support for enterprise solutions.
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership for Cisco enterprise Wi-Fi (including RF survey and design), SDA, SD-WAN, ISE, WLC, and firewall solutions.
  • •Own technical delivery strategy, architecture quality, delivery risks, dependencies, change controls, and escalation management for cross-functional projects.
  • •Facilitate solution workshops and design reviews with customer architects, operations teams, and senior executives, articulating options, business value, risks, and recommendations.
  • •Drive customer adoption through deliverables, operational documentation, knowledge transfer, and success measures, and develop reusable delivery assets and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant networking, consulting, or professional services experience, including hands-on design and delivery responsibility for complex enterprise network transformations.
  • •Active Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification required (CCDE preferred).
  • •Deep hands-on expertise in Cisco enterprise wireless, including Wi-Fi architecture, RF surveys, predictive and onsite design, capacity planning, roaming, troubleshooting, and Wireless LAN Controller platforms.
  • •Strong hands-on design and implementation experience with Cisco SDA, SD-WAN, ISE, network segmentation, policy, authentication, access control, and enterprise firewall integration.
  • •Proven experience leading full project delivery lifecycle activities (planning, design, implementation, migration, validation, operational handover) and defining technical scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, effort estimates, and delivery plans.
