Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess manufacturing archetype alignment and validate operational readiness for MES-Lite deployment.
  • •Establish governance and operating cadences, own delivery execution, financial performance, and recovery management.
  • •Ensure process and master data readiness (value stream maps, BOMs, routings, released work orders, data ownership) prior to digitization.
  • •Drive change management and adoption through role-based training, controlled go-live, stabilization, and go-live success criteria monitoring.
  • •Lead and develop a dedicated team while coordinating cross-functional resources, capture lessons learned, and transition to centralized enhancement and sustainment.

Salary: USD 165,000 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 8 years leading manufacturing IT or digital manufacturing deployments.
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Experience leading and developing teams.
  • •Hands-on MES implementation experience (e.g., Ignition MES-Lite, Apriso, or FactoryTalk ProductionCentre) with Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
