Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Admin product by driving strategy and execution with product and engineering to improve workflow configuration, knowledge management, and visibility.
  • •Partner with customers, research, and usage data to identify where champions lose time or confidence, and design fixes tied to ROI outcomes.
  • •Define Harvey’s design system as product-level decisions (patterns and standards) and set a craft bar across interaction, systems thinking, content design, and visual execution.
  • •Build governance for fast movement without fragmentation, including contribution paths and adoption expectations.
  • •Decide and lead AI tooling for the design org, run rigorous experiments to improve designer output, and build and grow a high-craft team while setting the operating bar with senior leaders.
