Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the application of project controls disciplines (schedule, cost, risk, reporting, change control) for delivery partners.
  • •Partner with Delivery Managers and Project Directors to embed practical, proportionate controls into day-to-day delivery management.
  • •Monitor and analyse performance against approved baselines, identify variances/trends, and provide timely, consistent reporting.
  • •Support change identification, assessment, and management of impacts on time, cost, and risk in line with PMO governance requirements.
  • •Lead and mentor project controls resources and support capability uplift and continuous improvement within the PMO.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years delivering project controls on large, complex infrastructure projects.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in schedule, cost, risk and change control on major programmes.

  • •Light Rail/rail or similarly complex, safety-critical infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
