Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing operational HR support and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
•Oversee new hire paperwork (contractual, banking, medical insurance) and onboarding training activities.
•Manage full visa cycle and relocation processes for new hires, including immigration compliance.
•Maintain and administer internal HRMS (BambooHR) and ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws.
•Provide HR representation and guidance during performance management processes, policies communications, and employee relations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
•Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in the KSA market.
•Strong knowledge of HR practices and Saudi employment laws.
•Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
