Key Responsibilities

•Monitor client collaboration, contact centre, and voice systems across private and public cloud infrastructure to keep services running.
•Proactively address potential issues and investigate incidents to restore services by identifying root causes.
•Execute approved maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes.
•Provide telephonic or chat support to clients as needed and ensure accurate case handling.
•Update and create knowledge articles, identify process optimization opportunities, and support smooth shift handovers.

Key Requirements

•Basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge in network, voice, collaboration, and contact centre services.
•Ability to triage client cases accurately, including severity/impact assessment and documenting key information.
•Active listening skills to confirm understanding and gather relevant details.
•Strong communication skills to work across different cultures and social groups.
•Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or relevant qualification in Information Technology or Computing (or equivalent experience); partner certifications are desirable.
