Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, control, and direct operational resources to execute service agreements and repair work.
  • •Dispatch and assign team members to projects, and schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs and availability.
  • •Coordinate with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Controls and HVAC technicians.
  • •Coordinate operations with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
  • •Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward documentation to Project Administrators, and generate reports while maintaining customer satisfaction.
