Market Operations Manager

Lead Carvana’s Market Operations team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, and registration paperwork while overseeing customer and employee experience and community outreach. The role is autonomous, requiring strong decision-making in ambiguity, mentoring and training programs, and continuous process improvement. You’ll have direct linkage to leadership at Carvana’s home office in Phoenix and take on additional duties as assigned.
