Job Summary

Serve lounge guests with prompt, efficient service to create 100% guest satisfaction. Set up lounge tables, inspect linens and service items, take orders, and provide food and beverage suggestions. Coordinate with bartenders, other servers, and the chef, serve and refill as needed, and handle guest requests and complaints with empathy and follow-through. Maintain lounge cleanliness during and after events and follow beverage-service laws and company policies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Two years of experience in a similar role within an upscale environment is preferred.
•Basic skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic.
•Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
•Excellent customer service skills and willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
