Staff Mechanical Engineer, New Product Development

Lead the development of electromechanical consumer hardware at Eight Sleep, guiding from concept to production. Manage cross-functional design with industrial, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams; own lifecycle from CAD to in-Asia ramp. Drive high-volume production readiness, ensure product goals via thermal, fluid, and structural analyses, and travel to Asia/China as needed. Role based in SF with equity participation.
