Field Performance Technician

Manage and schedule service and warranty work for residential solar photovoltaic systems while working with customers and internal teams. Troubleshoot solar electrical issues across modules, inverters, monitoring, and balance-of-system components. Investigate and document roof leaks, resolve redline issues with supervisors and engineering, and update dispatches through Salesforce’s Service Dashboard.
