Credit and Collections Team Lead

Lead AR collections operations for Europe’s Global Business Services team, driving performance against targets across billing, cash, and DSO. Manage daily collection activities, provide first-level escalation, and ensure continuous improvement through data analysis and process governance. Collaborate with finance, operational, and onshore Working Capital Management stakeholders, lead transition activities, and manage/coach the collections team while ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
