Job Summary

Own fleet allocation across Americas and APAC by intake and evaluation of requests, building ROI-focused recommendations, and modeling trade-offs with scenario frameworks. Drive forecasting and budgeting cycles for Capex and fleet planning, translate approved decisions into operational plans, and coordinate with Finance, Ops, Supply Chain, Logistics, Government Relationship, and Data Science. Track post-movement outcomes and continuously improve dashboards, models, cadences, and processes.

•Own asset allocation by managing intake, evaluation, recommendations, and tracking for allocation requests across Americas and APAC.
•Build fleet recommendations using market metrics, operational readiness, and cross-team inputs to maximize ROI.
•Model trade-offs by creating scenarios and decision frameworks to compare allocation options.
•Drive planning cycles by supporting forecasting and budgeting for Capex and fleet planning.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business intelligence, strategy and operations, or related experience; micro-mobility or high-growth experience is a plus.
•Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and SQL proficiency, with the ability to pull, structure, analyze, and translate data into ROI-based recommendations.
•Able to manage complex cross-functional workstreams across regions and operate independently through ambiguity.
•Strong communication skills to influence without authority, align senior stakeholders, and convert analysis into crisp decisions and action plans.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
