Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead AI autonomous agent production-ready frameworks.
  • •Optimize latency of complex database queries using SQL and/or Elastic.
  • •Design ingestion pipeline architecture to increase throughput and cut cost.
  • •Add and operate async task execution using Redis queues and worker containers.
  • •Lead API/SDK development with a strong focus on developer experience (DX).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building AI Agents scalable and production-ready solutions, including context engineering, evals, and monitoring.
  • •5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
  • •Strong leadership skills, including leading a small and accountable team.
  • •Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as Agno, CrewAI, and LangChain.
