Job Summary

Support engineering, analysis, and validation of Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions for 4G/5G. Help create and maintain RAN technical documentation, participate in lab/field testing, and assist with configuration, troubleshooting, and improvements by analyzing logs and radio KPIs. Collaborate with project, testing, operations, client, and vendor teams, while continuously deepening knowledge of 3GPP specifications and GSMA recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support engineering, analysis, and validation of 4G/5G RAN solutions.
•Contribute to creation and updates of technical documentation for RAN network elements for mobile operators.
•Participate in testing of mobile network elements in lab and/or in the field, focusing on 4G/5G RAN.
•Support analysis, configuration, validation, and improvement of RAN solutions.
•With senior support, perform troubleshooting by analyzing logs, signaling traces, and radio performance/KPIs.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years’ experience in telecommunications, mobile network, or related fields.
•Basic knowledge of 4G/5G mobile networks and RAN architectures (LTE, 5G NR).
•Familiarity with mobile network protocols, interfaces, and network flows.
•Ability to support troubleshooting using logs and tools such as Wireshark.
•Basic understanding of how RAN interacts with the Core Network (EPC, 5GC).
