Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve reusable UX systems that support high-quality product experiences across Sonatype.
  • •Create machine-readable and human-readable guidance for components, page templates, user flows, interaction patterns, content guidance, accessibility rules, and UX standards.
  • •Partner with Product Design to translate UX expectations into practical patterns, guardrails, and tools for AI-assisted workflows and engineering teams.
  • •Develop tooling, prompts, skills, plugins, rules, and mechanisms that improve the quality and completeness of AI-generated product experience outputs.
  • •Work with engineering teams to understand how UX systems are used, where they break down, define trust vs. human review for AI outputs, and close the loop via feedback to continuously improve.
