Job Summary

Oversee daily warehouse storage activities by supporting warehouse personnel with parts and materials availability, allocations, and disposition. Use M3 and Extend transactions to confirm locations and resolve receiving/stocking discrepancies, ensuring required corrections are completed. Assist the supervisor with assigning duties, train new hires, maintain warehouse records, and follow safety regulations while keeping the work area clean and reporting defective materials or unusual conditions.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist warehouse personnel in fulfilling assignments as directed by the department supervisor, offering detailed guidance to hourly staff.
•Carry out daily warehouse workload, including checking availability of parts, components, and materials and confirming allocations, locations, and disposition.
•Follow up on receiving/stocking discrepancies and make required corrections/modifications according to MO/CO/DO.
•Assist with assigning duties, communicate with internal departments, and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area.
•Maintain work-related records and reports, train new hires, and ensure safety and written procedures are followed.

Key Requirements

•HS Diploma or GED required.
•1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center role managing storage parts, components, and materials.
•6 months of experience mentoring and training other team members in a warehouse environment.
•Demonstrated ability to prioritize work tasks and follow through on outstanding tasks.
•Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
