Key Responsibilities

  • •Own large parts of end-to-end manufacturing KPI tracking by enhancing transparency and generating actionable reports for decision-making.
  • •Develop technical understanding of manufacturing engineering enterprise systems (ERP, MRP, PLM) and build a feature roadmap from system feedback.
  • •Analyze best practices across manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, and material management/procurement to standardize and implement end-to-end processes.
  • •Support program managers and manufacturing leadership in preparing for and managing critical technical and business forums, translating technical problems into business-aligned solutions.
  • •Execute short-timeline data analyses and provide timely manufacturing information to enable data-driven decisions and continuous process improvement.

Salary: USD 113,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data systems, business, or related field.
  • •2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on system issues, program support, or process improvement.
  • •Strong analytical aptitude, thinking about problems in terms of numbers and data-models.
  • •Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex data to diverse audiences.
