Key Responsibilities

•Source new to business banking current accounts and ensure funding as per KPI targets
•Present and sell all business banking products and services to potential customers in an ethical, structured manner
•Generate and contribute to fee income across Foreign Exchange, Trade, Bancassurance and Deposits
•Meet monthly sales targets and maintain relationships to enhance cross-sell opportunities
•Adhere to KYC & AML policies during onboarding and ongoing customer due diligence

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to source new to business banking current accounts and achieve monthly sales targets
•Present and sell business banking products and services in a professional, ethical manner
•Adhere to KYC & AML policies and ensure proper onboarding of business banking customers
•Generate fee income across Foreign Exchange, Trade, Bancassurance and Deposits
•Maintain and develop relationships to enhance cross-sell opportunities and meet KPI targets
