Job Summary

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Delivery Hero’s Customer Data Platform, helping internal teams personalize customer experiences at scale. Partner with engineering and data platform stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into data-driven features, and scale audience targeting capabilities. Lead a squad to deliver high-impact projects, define success metrics, and continuously improve reliability and business impact across a global data ecosystem processing millions of events daily.

•Define and execute the CDP product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals and customer needs.
•Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into data and features for high-stakes challenges across multiple data domains.
•Partner with the Engineering Manager to lead a squad of engineers and prioritize delivery of the most impactful projects.
•Define and track key metrics to measure success and business impact, ensuring continuous improvement, optimization, and transparency.
•Partner internally with the broader Data Platform to deliver high-impact platform solutions for reliability and quality.

•Bridge business requirements and technical execution, including hands-on understanding of complex data-driven products and participation in technical discussions.
•Excellent stakeholder management with strong communication and presentation skills to surface needs and explain product capabilities and roadmap decisions.
•Proactive, intellectually curious, self-driven, and able to move fast to deliver value using data-driven metrics.
