Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, administer, manage, and optimize enterprise DLP platforms across cloud, endpoint, email, and network environments.
  • •Configure and maintain DLP policies in Microsoft Purview across M365 services and endpoint environments.
  • •Develop and maintain DLP policies, classifiers, fingerprinting, and detection rules.
  • •Analyze the impact of DLP policies prior to implementation and implement data protection controls across hybrid environments.
  • •Support DLP alerts by investigating, triaging, and remediating data exposure events, and build dashboards/analytics using Purview Activity Explorer and Power BI.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in information security with 3+ years of hands-on DLP experience preferred.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Purview, including DLP, Information Protection, Compliance Manager, Insider Risk Management, and Activity Explorer.
  • •Strong GRC foundation, including working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and enterprise data governance/data classification standards.
  • •Familiarity with PowerShell or Python scripting for policy deployment, reporting, and alert triage workflows.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret DLP telemetry and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
