Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the entire life cycle of large events from contract signing to final closing, ensuring on-time delivery and coordinating across departments.
  • •Act as the main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams to align on goals, timelines, and requirements.
  • •Own the end-to-end process while delegating and coordinating tasks across departments to ensure timely execution.
  • •Communicate product usability and process needs to HQ and collaborate with product/engineering to prioritize requirements.
  • •Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for handling user incidents and support inquiries.

  • •2+ years in a project management role or consulting background; events experience is a plus
