Job Summary

Lead and manage a portfolio of contracts for StormBreaker® Programs within the Strategic Initiatives portfolio. Partner with program and engineering leadership to analyze RFPs, coordinate proposal reviews, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure compliance with company policies. Support program lifecycle activities across development, sustainment, integration, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) while advising senior management on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and administer a broad portfolio of contracts for StormBreaker® Programs.
•Analyze RFPs, coordinate proposal reviews, and construct/submit/negotiate pricing proposals.
•Negotiate contracts, including commercial terms and conditions where applicable.
•Review estimate at completion (EAC) and support program management and execution reviews.
•Provide contract administration support and guidance to senior management on contractual issues, rights/obligations, and risk mitigation; ensure negotiated terms comply with company policies.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with minimum 5 years’ experience.
•Experience with one or more areas such as finance, supply chain, subcontracts, procurement, acquisitions, contracts, and/or global trade.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
•Active or existing security clearance required after day 1.
•Department of War (DoW) Contracts experience is preferred.
