Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and sanitize all aspects of the food production facility and operation.
  • •Sanitize production equipment, floors, surfaces, and walls across kitchen, break rooms, restrooms, and office areas.
  • •Check and restock supplies while following Tovala’s food safety and employee safety policies.
  • •Complete relevant food safety / quality documentation.
  • •Report food safety and quality problems and take necessary action in line with the Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan, and SQF-related programs.
