Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
  • •Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and communicate promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
  • •Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous manner, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
  • •Maintain table cleanliness and follow health and safety regulations, including sanitation and proper food handling.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience, including 2 years relevant experience.
  • •Understand the restaurant menu to describe dishes and provide accurate recommendations.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for guest inquiries and guest relations.
  • •Proficiency taking orders accurately and entering them into the point-of-sale system.
  • •High School Diploma in a food and beverage related course.
