•Turn proprietary parking data into a recurring quarterly data report program designed for automation and editorial judgment.
•Identify, pitch, and interview key figures in commercial real estate, parking, mobility, and urban policy to produce shareable quotes and insights.
•Earn media coverage by packaging findings into pitches and building relationships with reporters covering CRE, proptech, and cities.
