Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the development of MOT design packages for highway improvement projects, including Cross Sections, Typical Cross Sections, Traffic Control Plans, Profiles, and Detour Routes.
•Serve as a MOT Engineer or Task Lead on Design-Build or Alternative Delivery projects, collaborating with design teams and clients.
•Prepare MOT CAD drawings and documentation using Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads.
•Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure MOT designs meet safety, scheduling, and budget requirements.
•Contribute to multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality, buildable MOT solutions for southern US projects.

•BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads)
•EIT Certification or PE License; Master’s degree in engineering (Preferred)
