Key Responsibilities

  • •Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worth advancing.
  • •Conduct clinician interviews and evaluate fit against rubrics across clinical, behavioral, and operational dimensions.
  • •Keep clinicians informed and engaged at every touchpoint to deliver a 5-star candidate experience.
  • •Own and update your portion of the recruitment pipeline in the applicant tracking system, including stages, notes, and statuses.
  • •Coordinate with the Provider Growth team to hand off candidates smoothly into later pipeline stages such as offer and onboarding.

  • •Warm and personable communication that makes clinicians feel heard and valued.
  • •Ability to read between the lines of resumes and interviews to evaluate clinical chops and temperament.
  • •Strong organization to keep candidate data, notes, and follow-ups accurate and timely.
  • •Comfort with flexibility in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
  • •Experience running parts of a recruiting process and managing candidate engagement throughout the journey.
