Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks and negotiable instruments, loan payments, savings bonds, cashier’s checks, transfers, and credit card cash advances. Operate the online teller terminal while providing excellent customer service, maintaining privacy, and resolving inquiries promptly. Balance and verify cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies, follow teller procedures and compliance requirements, and cross-sell bank products to strengthen customer relationships.
